Red sauce lasagna

instant lasagna

tomato sauce
olive oil
1 onion
1 head garlic
1 carrot
1 can tomato puree
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup water
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt

topping
1 cup parmesan
2 cup mozzarella
bocconcini

cheese sause
1 cup mascarpone
1 cup ricotta
1 cup parmesan
2 cup mozzarella
1 egg
1 bunch basil
1 lobster

meatball
daging kisar
1 egg
1/2 cwn bread crumbs
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp salt

bake 200 c 10 minutes

layer:
sauce
instant lasagna
sauce
meatball
instant lasagna
sause
cheese sause
instant lasagna
sauce
topping

wrap with aluminium foil, bake 160 c 1 hr

gluten free spinach lasagna

cheese sauce
2 oz butter
1 onion
4 clove garlic
4 cups milk
2 tbsp dijon
2 bay leaves
nutmeg
4 tbsp cornstarch for thicken
stir in:
2 cups ricotta
2 cups parmesan
16oz spinach

assembly
rice lagagna noodles
parmesan
mozzarella

bake 1 hr
